About Native303

Native303 was founded by Rob Steck with a singular mission: to celebrate the Denver that shaped our identities long before the skyline evolved. As the city has rapidly expanded, numerous iconic venues, shops, and gathering spots have vanished, making way for new commercial and residential developments. For many longtime residents, these closures have not only altered the landscape but also transformed the cultural fabric of the community. We established Native303 to preserve and honor those invaluable stories.

Preserving the Colorado we grew up with

Our designs pay tribute to the legendary spots that helped define Metro Denver’s identity—places where people saw their first concerts, shared late‑night meals, celebrated milestones, and built community. These were more than businesses; they were landmarks of memory, creativity, and connection. Every piece we create is inspired by the typography, textures, and spirit of old‑school Denver. By reimagining the look and feel of these lost venues, we aim to preserve the history that made this state feel like home.

What makes our gear stand out

Native303 isn’t just another apparel line—we’re preserving Colorado history you can wear. What sets our apparel and accessories apart is the intention behind every design.

We’re not chasing trends or mass‑produced graphics. Every piece we create is rooted in real Colorado stories: the venues that shaped our music scene, the diners that fed generations, the bars, shops, and hangouts that disappeared as Denver grew and changed. When those places closed, they took a piece of the city’s identity with them. Our work brings that identity back.

What we love most is that every piece carries a story. It’s not just clothing—it’s a tribute. When someone wears Native303, they’re helping preserve the culture, history, and soul of the Colorado that raised us. That connection is what makes the brand special.

Who we imagine wearing Native303

Native303 is for anyone who feels a connection to Colorado—whether they were born here, moved here, or simply fell in love with the culture, the mountains, or the energy of the city. What ties our community together isn’t how long they’ve lived here; it’s how deeply they value the stories, places, and memories that make Denver, and Colorado, unique.

"These products are memories from so many places in my life. Sadly they are gone now, but you've brought back a moment. Thank you."
